This thesis studies and analyzes the construction and implementation technology of automatic meter reading system in Yiwu Power Supply Bureau. The key technology and construction schema in system construction and implementation process is introduced and elaborated.Chapter one presents the background and significance of the project first, and then the research contents and research targets of the thesis.Chapter two describes the overall framework of automatic meter reading system from several aspects, including system design principles, system logical and physical architecture, application deployment mode, security requirements and system evaluation indexes. The overall structure and requirements of system construction from technical aspects is also given.Chapter three explains the main station design of the reading system, including hardware design, software design, application design and interface schema.Chapter four gives the details of the communication network scheme of the remote meter reading system, also includes the local communication method.Chapter five emphasizes the role of user terminal equipment in electricity consumer information collection system. The classification and typical design schema of user terminal equipment, that fulfill the principle of full user coverage and comprehensive information collection, are explained. The requirements for functions and performance of terminal equipment are also included.Under the basis of previous theoretical analysis and thorough investigation made by Yiwul Bureau, Chapter six proposes the construction targets, construction schema and function requirements that are suitable for our automatic meter reading system.Chapter seven describes the implementation process of our automatic meter reading system, summarizes and analyzes the effects of the application.Chapter eight concludes the thesis and proposes the further development and application of the reading system.
