As our native mobile industry has developed rapidly recent years, many mobile plants are improving their productive efficiency and quality industriously in order to be the winner in market competition. Hydraulic drawing device is the key equipment in press machine which controls the production quality in auto-body panel forming process, and thus is important to regular production. Consequently, the reasonable design of electrical control system of hydraulic drawing device is significant to improve the quality of auto-body panel production.The electrical control system of hydraulic drawing device is investigated from the following aspects:The structure and operation principle of hydraulic drawing device is analysed, and also the principle and composition characteristics of closed loop electro-hydraulic servo control of each drawing cylinder is studied.Based on the requirement analysis of electrical control of hydraulic drawing device, the network configuration and the main hardware of control system are designed. The electrical principle chart is also designed according to technical requirement.The PLC program of hydraulic drawing device control system is designed based on the programming ideal of modulization. This PLC program is comprised of the programs used for controlling cyclic cooling pump, controlled oil pump, oil filter, pumping station pressure, pumping station heating and operational model of hydraulic drawing device.The touch-type programmable terminal control program, which consists of the control screen for the total control interface, the set up of force in drawing process, the alarming display and the electric motor of pumping station, is developed using Pro-Face. Thus, the interface between user and the system is achieved.The hydraulic drawing device is modified and tested on spot. The designed electrical control system has the properties of operational reliability, high productive efficiency, better operational performance and friendly human-machine interface, and the automation of auto-body panel drawing process is achieved. The tested results turn out that the method proposed could achieve its expected incise in the operation of hydraulic drawing device system.
