| In the wind farm, wind turbines are big mount, different models, far from main control room, worked in poor environment. To ensure the security and stability of wind farms and to increase their management efficiency need to have wind power to meet the operational requirements, functional and stable performance of the wind turbine remote monitoring system. This article describes the wind turbine remote monitoring system based on GPRS wireless network and its advantages, proposed to PLC S7-200 processor used in wind turbine as master controller, the use of MD-720 GPRS wireless module as communication terminal, B/S management system based on the J2EE system as server, and the organic combination of the three form a preliminary comprehensive remote wind turbine control system.Firstly, the paper briefly describes the wind power generating units operating principle and its structure, through an analysis of commonly used electric power communication technology; determine the advantages of GPRS wireless network used on the wind turbine remote monitoring system. In the wind turbine system application GPRS remote monitoring technology to monitor the operational status of wind turbines, collect and transmit various operating parameters. Then do the appropriate research of the control strategy of the host controller in the wind turbine's carbon. A design idea proposed by the main controller and the overall structure of block diagram is given; then describes the various modules of the control system functions. Then outlined the wind farm features remote monitoring system, System should have the wind turbine management, alarm management, statistical analysis, system management, and do the database design of these requirements; introduce the basic theory and design methods of the remote monitoring system based on Web, and realization of three layers (data layer, business logic and presentation layer). Do the development and implementation of the remote monitoring system based on J2EE.At last, the paper provides generalize and review of the work done, the inadequacies of the present system and the way to improve the performance. |
