In recent years,with the rapid development of the electronic technology industry and urban construction,people’s demand for lighting is increasing day by day.At the same time,high-speed urban development has brought energy problems to the world.Energy conservation and emission reduction have become the focus of various countries.The high energy efficiency and reliability of LED products have made it possible to replace traditional lighting sources.The development of LED products has gradually become a sunrise industry with bright prospects for development,showing great commercial value.With the rise of the Internet of Things industry,the traditional LED industry is also undergoing transformation.Promoting the development of the Internet of Things in urban construction is of great significance to people’s lives.Street lighting is mainly to facilitate people’s outside activities.Traditional street lamps have difficulties in maintenance and difficult monitoring.They often require a certain amount of manpower and material resources to maintain and monitor them.This is the purpose of developing a remote LED control circuit based on GPRS.The GSM network has a very wide transmission distance,the signal coverage is large,and the GSM network service is economical and practical,and is very suitable for the construction of a communication system with a small amount of data.With the help of GSM / GPRS technology and Internet communication technology,various types of instruction sets and data can be processed to realize the interactive transmission of information between the control center and the street lamp.In this paper,the LED street light circuit based on GPRS remote control technology is deeply researched.A complete remote LED street light control system is designed by selecting reasonable and economical high-efficiency devices,which realizes remote control and data monitoring of practical LED street lights.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1)Introduced the significance of researching remote LED control circuit for energy saving and emission reduction,current research on LED street lamp control system at home and abroad,and China’s policy support for research related fields,and clarified the research significance of this topic.(2)The key technologies for realizing GPRS-based remote LED street lamp control circuit are introduced in detail,including LED lighting principle,PWM dimming technology,GPRS remote communication technology and so on.(3)The hardware circuit design part of the system is described in detail,including the overall design framework,LED driver circuit design,embedded MCU hardware design,GPRS module hardware design and system analog acquisition module design.(4)The software design part of the system is introduced in detail,including system software development framework,GPRS module transparent transmission program compiled with C language,Android client control interface compiled with JAVA language,and MCU data in Keil environment using C language.The function of the transfer is implemented.(5)The circuit system was built and tested to realize the remote control and parameter monitoring of the LED street light.The control circuit achieved the dimming accuracy of 0-99,and the maximum luminous power of LED was 27.5W.
