According to the requirement on comprehensive maintenance management of equipment, a synthetical maintenance system needs to be established to realize the aim of coordinate maintenance for equipment based on each interval. The maintenance arrangements based on standard interval allow comprehensive maintenance of equipment in the same circuit to be carried out to achieve optimization of the maintenance work. By the classification of standard interval.the standardization of the dispatching instructions is achieved and the management level of producion will be improved.Define intervals. According to the standard definition for digital network model in IEC61970, on the basis of the power grid connection form characteristics, study the principle of the interval equipment classification and define the smallest unit of substation.Considering the application on maintenance plan of the standard equipment interval classification.ensure comprehensive maintenance carried out for equipment in the same interval.Optimize maintenance plan and unify outage plan. On the basis of interval standardization, by introducing the concept of comprehensive overhaul, regulating the outage time for equipment within one interval. the scientific management for repair plan., outage plan and work arrangement during the outage is realized so as to reduce repeated equipment action frequency. shorten the outage time and lower amount of work for operators and reduce the risk of grid operation. At the same time, along with the further improvement of comprehensive repair work, the index of power supply reliability will be greatly enhanced for company.
