Strengthening the maintenance management and improving the safety and reliability of power grid equipment play important roles in promoting the development of the national economy and the progress of social civilization.The traditional equipment MRO service model has achieved great results in the functional transformation of equipment maintenance in a single manufacturing enterprise.However,there is still no practical experience and systematic theoretical guidance in the field of power system operation and maintenance services.According to the current multi-agent,multi-type,multi-task,safety and reliability requirements of power grid equipment operation and maintenance,this thesis studies the integrated management requirements of power grid MRO2(Maintenance,Repair,Replacement,Overhaul,Operation)engineering,designs and develops the MRO2 collaborative operation management mechanism for multi-agent operation and maintenance.It lays a foundation for the transition of the grid enterprise from “autonomous maintenance”to “service-oriented maintenance” management mode.Besides,it provides an effective method of integrated management for solving the problems of the life cycle management of power grid equipment operation and the imbalance between the professional bearing capacity and high professional technical requirements.Based on the research of MRO service concept and integrated management system,according to the multi-dimensional coordination requirements of MRO project,this thesis proposed the MRO2 project management mode based on 3C(Continuity,Coordination and Cooperation)and redefined the original operation of power grid equipment,including maintenance,overhaul,transformation and so on.Then,this thesis established the service integration management and collaborative business management mechanism of the grid MRO2.The service-oriented MRO2 project management organization structure is redesigned,and the grid MRO2 engineering information integration model facing the grid equipment operation,service demand and service process is developed.Next,the service state based grid MRO2 service decision rules and strategies are designed,the power equipment fault diagnosis and service demand forecasting scheme is developed,and the service plan and schedule management model and algorithm are developed.On this basis,this thesis constructed the architecture and functional structure of the MRO2 service management system of the power grid,and proposed the key technical solutions for business integration and information sharing such as expert remote operation guidance,virtual reality of substation operation and maintenance site,and wireless access to the supervision node.In summary,this thesis realizes the full coverage of the grid equipment and its operation by the MRO2 engineering service of the power grid,and forms a complete set of full-process closed-loop service with the whole life cycle of the equipment running as the main line.Through the MRO2 service management information system,the quantitative management and service integration of the MRO2 engineering service of the power grid is realized,and the information sharing and collaborative operation of multi-node operation and maintenance management are realized.This integration not only greatly improves the work performance,but also provides the security support of safe operation and maintenance.It fundamentally promotes the reform and innovation of the operation and maintenance mode of power grid enterprises,which is of great significance and practical value for the future development and technological progress of equipment manufacturers and power grid enterprises.
