With the increasing standard of living, air conditioners, microwave ovens, electric stove, refrigerator and other inductive load devices enter into more and more families, their operation will not only generate a large number of high harmonics to harmonic pollution and make the grid power factor reduce more seriously, but would also produce voltage fluctuations, flicker, phase imbalance and other problems, even may lead to system frequency fluctuations, which will seriously impact power quality, and most of these harmonic pollution are caused by the motor itself. System must make real-time monitoring for the motor parameters and collect the motor phase voltage, phase current, frequency real-timely, and then calculated active power, reactive power, power factor and other parameters by the processor to ensure its stability, which could make its reliable operation possible in this way.This system could realize the real-time monitoring of motor parameters within consists of three parts: data acquisition module, DSP data processing module and the parameters real-timely displayed module. Which uses TMS320F2812 of TI company as the system's central processor .After the measured voltage and current through the appropriate scale transformation, the ADS8364 analog-digital conversion chip will complete the collection and analysis of the motor's A, B, C three-phase circuit analog real-time data , the number of sampled volume through efficient complex sequence FFT ,algorithm based on instantaneous reactive power p-q method and the corresponding parameter measurement algorithm to calculate the voltage rms, current rms, active power, reactive power, power factor, harmonic Component power parameters, and finally display through the liquid crystal, so you can view and monitor data and analysis results through Ethernet , and the network composed in this way is a fully distributed monitoring system which can complete the horizontal comparison of the various monitoring points and statistical analysis of indicators, finally, realize the real-time monitoring of motor parameters by the keyboard and LCD monitor.
