ABSTRACT:It is difficult to achieve travelling by diagram completely and commit to goods periods for China's railway freight transport, which is affected by existing line's capacity and full-shaft assembly mode of marshalling yard. The existing line's capacity will be greatly released for the opening to traffic in high-speed railway line, which proposes new requirements for truck assembly mode in marshalling yard.It is analyzed the application and feasibility and impaction of transport organization about fully stable point assembly mode, relaxed stable point assembly mode and mixed-mode stable point assembly mode.From the perspective of efficiency values, it is established range determined model for minimum number cars in relaxed stable point mode Meanwhile, it is established optimization model of disintegration order in relaxed stable point mode aiming at least transferred time, which is solved by genetic algorithm. Based on the above model, it is founded a operation simulation model about marshalling yard, according to truck assembly process in switchyard, the model focus on full shaft assembly mode and relaxed stable point assembly mode.Finally, Fengtai West Marshalling uplink system is took for example to simulate, it is showed that, adopting to relaxed stable point assembly mode of marshalling yard in Fengtai West marshalling will improving train departure punctuality and reduce truck transferred time. Under the premise of surplus lines capacity now and in the future,truck stable point assembly mode can be referred.
