At present, China's railway freight moving speed, heavy load direction, the Datong-Qinhuangdao line is already on the 2 million tons train, heavy haul freight rail technology for a higher requirement. With the improvement of freight speed and load, making the body parts of more severe operating conditions, the fatigue failure problems have become increasingly prominent, and would pose a serious threat to road safety.In this paper,20,000 tons of heavy C80B Datong-Qinhuangdao line Gondola Car body as the research object, research on the impact of body structural components of the load caused by large-and stress transfer between the key parts of the body fatigue damage analysis of fatigue on the truck body structure provide the basis for the design life. Research includes the following four parts:1.Railway heavy goods vehicle body vertical rise and fall by a larger, longitudinal tension and compression, rolling, reverse the effect of such loads, these loads to the fatigue failure is the main way of body structure.
