| The fatigue failure of the load-bearing structure caused by the random alternating load is one of the main failure modes of the vehicle.In this paper,the C80 aluminum alloy gondola of the heavy-duty truck is taken as the research object.According to the actual operation of Shenhua Railway,we choose the typical important transportation route Shenmu to Huanghua Port,and use the measured data of the line to study the correspondence between the key parts of the truck body and the line condition.To ensure the safety of railway operations,saving parts repair costs have important guiding significance.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Research on body structure,Analysis of the body strain gauge layout,Identification of the heart plate and the side load.(2)Segment the lines in the 169 km railway road map provided by Shenhua Company,read the line status(corners,ramps,tunnels,etc.),extract the line information of each small line,such as turning radius,slope,turn direction,turn length and so on.The paper analyzes the different line conditions and draws the line condition which can affect the damage of the critical parts of the truck body.(3)The IMC equipment acquisition GPS signal in the longitude,latitude,speed signal input nCode software,by the speed of the mileage formula can be known for each small line corresponding to the mileage,and Shenhua company given the line information map corresponding to each small line corresponding to the load-time history data.(4)According to the different route information compiled under the C80 truck body load spectrum.Based on the load test data of the heavy truck C80 in Shenhua railway line,the load-time course of the key components such as the heart plate,coupler and side bearing of the test vehicle is processed,and the vertical,Longitudinal,roll and torsional load spectra.(5)According to the damage calculation formula to calculate the vertical,vertical,side roll,torsional load damage.The damage corresponds to each section of the line,the analysis of the impact of line conditions on the damage.The relationship between the torsion,longitudinal,vertical,lateral roll damage and slope,turning radius and other line factors was analyzed by measuring the weak parts of the vehicle body,namely,measuring points 56,61,6 and 30,respectively.And the corresponding relationship between the damage of key parts of the vehicle body and the line information is obtained.Through the research of this paper,it can provide the basis for the optimization of locomotive operation,the failure prevention of railway truck parts,the replacement of railway wagons and spare parts,and the basis for the transformation of the lines and the new weight.And can provide the guidance and the basis for the research and development of the new heavy-duty truck which meets the requirements of the line. |
