A certain ride type motorcycle of corporation vibration is sharp, this paper analyzed vibration characteristic of the original motorcycle and adopted certain control measure motorcycle with CAE technique, and contrasted experiment result, disclosed the reason for motorcycle vibration was induced by dynamic characteristics of assembly of motorcycle frame, engine, oil tank, handle bar, footrest and rear carrier, and found the reason for the reducing vibration method is evident and valid, and explored the valid method to find out and control vibration in the product design stage, attained purpose to estimate motorcycle vibration characteristic. Through a CAE analysis, could accurate judgment vibration quantity of key parts of motorcycle, such as hand, fuel tank, rear mirror, main cushion , vice-cushion, main footrest, vice-footrest, carrier etc., predict whether attain(or exceed) an actual usage to request.The paper studied original motorcycle dynamic characteristic analysis, original motorcycle FE model verification, improved motorcycle dynamic characteristic analysis, control measures influence frame dynamic characteristic research, original motorcycle vibration response analysis, original motorcycle vibration response model verification, improved motorcycle vibration response analysis, improved motorcycle vibration response model verification.This paper finally carried on modal experiment verification and vibration test experiment. Experiment result showed: the analysis method is accurate and valid, and the effect is good on vibration estimate and control to the motorcycle. |
