Research On Livable Evaluation System Of Residential Area

This article was based on the research domestic and foreign, and emphasized on closely'people-oriented'concept of urban development. Firstly the residential area to the meaning of livability and theoretical research base were classified. On this basis, the urban residential area livability assessment content, construction and evaluation index system design methods are discussed. Focus on the living conditions constitute a major target system for evaluation of security, public facilities, eco-garden environment, transport trips, community culture, architecture and planning specific evaluation of content, method of selection was studied.In case study, based on grasping the status of residential environment in Hefei, Anhui Province, through a survey by the residents, the residents of residential livability of the overall evaluation of characteristics of the different construction periods and different location on the indicators at all levels, differences in evaluation results were summed up. The results showed that the level of Hefei residential environment with the times of development, in safety, eco-landscape environment, the basic indicators on construction style to some extent enabled the resident environmental requirements of the residential area.
