Research On Evaluation Index System Of Residential Area Landscape Under Health Orientation

In recent years,the sustained population growth and the high development of the city have brought a series of environmental problems,which seriously threaten human health.As a living environment,the city has become the focus of improving the living environment,and the residential area,as the basic unit of the city,is the most important part of the environmental improvement.To improve human health,first of all,we should improve people’s living environment and build residential landscape which is beneficial to people’s health.In this paper,literature analysis,field investigation,expert consultation and other methods are used to study the residential landscape evaluation index system under the guidance of health.First of all,starting from the health of residents,it is divided into two aspects: "physical health" and "mental health".The relationship between residents’ physical health and the elements in residential landscape space is studied,combined with the study of relevant standards and index system.The spatial elements of residential landscape which have influence on residents’ health are analyzed.Secondly,based on the characteristics of residential landscape,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is selected to explore the evaluation index system of residential landscape under the guidance of health.The construction of index system is divided into: selection of index factors Index empowerment.According to the relevant theoretical research,the index factors are selected,and then the index is screened and modified by repeatedly consulting the expert opinion by Delphi method,and seven criterion layer factors and 27 index layer factors are finally determined.Then,the hierarchical structure model of the index is established,and the pair comparison matrix is constructed.The index weight questionnaire survey is carried out among the experts,and the collected results areprocessed by Yaahp10.3.Finally,a reasonable health-oriented residential landscape evaluation index system is established,so that it can be used in residential landscape evaluation and play a certain role.Finally,the established evaluation index system is used to analyze the selected community.The example analysis of Bai Hua forest district in Xi’an City and Chaoyang Gate Square residential building in Aijia shows that the landscape grade of Bai Hua forest residential area is "healthy",and the landscape grade of Aijia Chaoyang Gate Square residential building is "sub-health".Finally,the evaluation results are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are put forward.Based on the health perspective,this paper establishes the residential landscape evaluation system under the health guidance,so that it can be used as the evaluation standard to evaluate the residential landscape,and finally become the reference standard for the construction and reconstruction of residential landscape in the future.Make the residential landscape bring people health benefits.
