| Folk houses are an important part of townships to create livable and moderate living spaces.A scientific and reasonable evaluation system is a necessary condition for the standardized construction and scientific development of towns.First,this article analyzes the existing residential building evaluation index systems such as "Technical Standards for Residential Performance Evaluation","Healthy Housing Evaluation Standards",and "Green Building Evaluation Standards".Compare the differences between the current evaluation index system and the influencing factors of residential livability evaluation based on the scientific theory of human settlement environment,including natural environment,artificial environment,cultural environment and economic conditions.And this study proposes the limitations of the current system in evaluating residential buildings.Then,through the field investigation of Hanzhong villages and towns,the architectural characteristics of the local culture,surrounding environment,spatial form,structural materials and physical properties of their residential houses were revealed.And this study combined the Delphi expert survey method to determine the comprehensive layer of Hanzhong residential livability evaluation index system as five indicators of comfort,safety,economy,natural environment and cultural environment,and optimized the system of 12 criteria layer indicators and 52 program level indicators.Finally,an evaluation index system was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and weights were assigned to the indexes using yaahp software to check the consistency test results,summarize the characteristics of the evaluation system,and put forward suggestions for residential improvement by evaluating actual projects.The results show that the evaluation index system for the livability of Hanzhong residential buildings constructed in this paper meets the needs of the development of rural residential environment.The index weight distribution at the evaluation level of the standard is relatively balanced,and the livability construction of residential houses is regulated from multiple aspects.At the sub-criteria level,the evaluation system pays more attention to the life and property safety of residents,and the safety performance(C4)index weight is relatively high.The weight value of Far away from the dangerous section(D19)in the plan layeris higher than other indicators on the same layer.This article takes Hanzhong residential houses as the research object and discusses the evaluation index system of the livability of the township residential environment from the perspective of architecture.This article aims to provide builders with intuitive feelings and efficient judgments,guide people to correctly create a living environment,actively promote the protection and development of Hanzhong residential houses,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the township livable environment. |
