Research On The Management Of Public Building Energy Conversation In Tangshan City

Building energy conversation is an effective measure to achieve energy-saving and cost-reducing and to ease energy shortages. The problems of high energy consumption and wastage in China's public building have become increasingly prominent, especially the large public buildings, which has small rate of building area, but one quarter of the total building energy consumption. It has received more and more general concern in all sectors of society to strengthen public building energy conversation management, and effectively lower the energy consumption during the using period of public buildings.This paper conducts the statistics and analysis on the public building energy consumption in Tangshan City, and conducts research and inquirement on the countermeasure of public building energy conversation management. It mainly includes: putting forward the scope, content and method of public building energy consumption statistics in Tangshan City, promoting data statistics work of public building energy conversation into a more scientific, systematic, and institutionalized way; analyzing the utilization of electricity, coal, water and other energies in public buildings according to the results and data of energy conversation, and grasping the energy consumption status quo of public buildings objectively; summarizing the structural characteristics of public buildings on aspect of energy utilization, conducting comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the efficiency and consumption level of building energy, and finding the principal factor of affecting the public building energy conversation; probing the on-line monitoring method of public building energy consumption; proposing the feasible countermeasures and suggestions of public building energy conversation from the aspects of improving windows performance, building regulatory system, optimizing equipment operation and implementing energy-saving behavior, etc. to improve the energy conversation management level and energy utilization efficiency of public buildings, thus reaching the goal of saving building energy consumption.This study can provide reference value to the similar research of Tangshan region and even Hebei Province. The research results can guide the public building energy conversation management of Tangshan region to some extent, and will facilitate the conduct of public building energy conservation work and promote energy conservation and consumption reduction in public buildings.
