Research On Saving Energy And Lowering Cost Technology Application Of Combined Heat And Power Generation (CHP) Of Zhujiang Beer Brewery

In this paper, took Zhujiang Beer Brewery (say: Zhujiang Beer Brewery Group) for instance, seeing the research on combined heat and power generation(CHP) as point of penetration, we tried to improve the energy efficiency of beer brewery and put forward a new model of circle economy in beer industry through the analyst of energy consuming, the analyst of many testing data of consumption of gas, electricity and water, VPO measures, review of business, working condition characteristic of small size CHP.As for equipment, We set up thermal balance theory after analyzing some main factors of deaerator; design the recycling equipment of exhaust which can fully utilize heat energy.In order to lower consumption of stream, we modified some vanes and equipped the secondary stream extraction pipe with fast valve to improve efficiency. We replace the original stream turbine by contact-type one basing on the comparison of stream seal structure after modifying the equipment for saving energy. Practice shows that it can achieve good effect in saving energy and lowering cost with the reconstruction.As for management, we optimized all kinds of consuming energy via monitoring VPO and equipment condition, optimizing the operation and maintenance of CHP, measures of optimizing relevant production management, value engineering and interval controlling .It can optimize energy consumption index.So the result of saving energy and economy benefit are remarkable.From practice we knew that through total understand of the characteristic of beer brewery's supply and demand of energy, CHP has a brilliant performance of saving energy.This reasearch is of practical significance in saving energy and lowering cost of beer brewery.
