The Study On RBD System And Planning Under The Background Of Historic Block Renewal

History districts, the city vitality as the sediment with the long history river, influence the survival of city's contex, while they are struggling in self protection and renewal. It has proved that commercialization is the most effective protection pattern of the historical blocks, and the plan of RBD (Recreation Business District) is for its tailor-made. Most of the historical district is located in the city center, in the background of historical blocks renewal about RBD, the environmental space and the layout of the form, indirect adjustment the life of urban residents and promote the city's economic development and social progress.In this paper, in the context of the history block renewal RBD system and planning, with three main mechanisms of demand, purveyance and indorsement to deeply analysis the fatal factor of RBD, and integration with the Shanghai Xintiandi to System mechanisms tell the role of System mechanism in the plan.With implement, taking the old city of Kunming as an example, compare in vertical and horizontal the mechanism of six RBD. This text provides a basis for the old city plan RBD of Kunming, in order to made comments and suggestions for the old city renewal.
