FC-A45-29 the prototype of drive cycloid is Two-teeth difference reducer. It is promoted by Japan recently.Compared with the general drive cycloid, FA high accuracy reduction gear reducer have small volume, light weight, large transmission ratio, long operating life, large rigidity, high accuracy and efficiency, transmission stability. The transmission design use a lot of advanced theory and technologies, applied an innovative structure, effectively overcome the structural deficiencies of traditional, increased the power and capacity of transmission, Improve the accuracy of delivery. The kind of reducer has an important potential on Micro-machine, robot transmission machine and precision machinery industries Drive.The Cycloid gear profile modification method is the key technologies, it always be the secret core technology. Common method of modification have modification of equidistance, modification of moved distance, modification of rotated angle. Order to study the modification of foreign cycloid gear profile modification technology, the two prototypes of Japanese drive cycloid are bought. As the opposite sequence of install, one of the both is taken apart. We use two three-dimensional measuring machine to measure a certain type of high-precision cycloid reducer. Before the measurement,by iteration method,the origin of coordinates is found and the coordinate system is built in accordance with cycloid produced. It assures the accuracy and practical applicability. By using procedures, measurement data procedure is corrected and saved. All components were measured in the FA high accuracy reduction gear reducer, established part model in the Pro/E. Obtained the measurement data, according to genetic algorithms and principle of non-linear curve mesh, written curve meshing program using MATLAB. Using the curve meshing program, we obtained the important modified parameter of FC-A45-59,the result is exactness. Cycloidal gear profile modification By using the reverse, process parameters,the amount of modification of FC-A45-29 cycloidal gear anti-aircraft is obtained and verified theoretically. As the amount of modification,3-D modal is established and the virtual prototype is assembled. It is analyzed the structure of the advantages of the prototype.By the structure of the prototype of FC-A45-29 cycloid, the output shaft, the connection and the toggle are designed, the connection and the toggle are analyzed about modal, holding back disturbing. The output shaft is analyzed on statics. Designed the experiment for measure the backlash, noise, vibration, temperature rise, the efficiency of pilot programs.
