Fuzzy Robust Design Of Cycloid Pin Wheel Reducer Based On Genetic Algorithms

The robust design is an engineering design,which can maintain the function stablility of products,when the structural parameters occurs variation or the structural occurs aging and deterioration (within a certain range)within the specified life in the manufacture and use of devised product(process).Taguchi Robust Design is also known as thress times in our country,which uses orthogonal as basic tool,uses error factor to simulate all kinds of interference,makes use of signal to noise ratio to measure the stability of product,try to build up the product of superior quality,low cost,stable and reliable performance by using cheap parts.Fuzzy robust design is a combination of robust design and fuzzy optimum design.This paper systematically introduce comprehensive the basic cycloidal of genntic algorithms,fuzzy robust design,cycloid pin wheel reducer,establish multi-objective fuzzy optimization model of cycloid pin wheel reducer on request,use genetic algorithm's correlation functions in MATLAB to solve the model,process the optimization results by parameter design,reasonably choice the number and level of controllable factors and error factors based on the actual situation,establish form and appearance,calculate signal to noise ratio of each objective function under different test programs including the table.Finally,to get the best combination of controllable factors, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the calculated signal to noise ratio.Finally,the cycloid pin wheel reducer's optimization results by fuzzy robust design compared to the results of traditional design and general optimal design.It can be drawn that the result of fuzzy robust design is better than the results traditional design and general optimization,and the result is robust.Therefore,the fuzzy robust design method has practical significance.it can be futher used widely.
