| The humidifier for air conditioning is an important device that can guarantee human health and industrial production environment, and it is in a wide range of applications in air conditioning system. At present, the study of the humidifying performance only confine water efficiency and power consumption, can't measure its performance fully. So the paper refines the performance rating indexs and carries on the experiment test in the formulation of the national standard to evaluate the humidifying performance .On the basis of the air humidity difference test method, we can test the performance parameters of the isothermal and enthalpy humidifying kinds of humidifiers—the absrobing distance, the water mist size, the humidification effiency and the electric consumption per humidifying quantity. When the air is humidified competely, the air relative humidity will keep invariable and the duct does not have condensate water, from which aspects we can test the absorbing distance of the steam and the hing-pressure micro-miast sprayer humidifier separately with the temperature - humidity transmitter and the bulb measuring device, analyse the datas and find the infuluence law when the temperature changes; we build the modle of the single drop's evaporation, carry on the preliminary theoretical analysis, formulate and revise the functional relation between the evaporation time and the particle size to study the water mist size; we also measure the humidification effiency and the electric consumption per humidifying quantity and analyse the datas, they reflect the characteristics of water and power conservation.When the air temperature rises, the absorbing distance of the steam humidifier shorts from 600㎜ to 275㎜, the value of the high-pressure sprayer humidifier reduces from 2075㎜ to 1375㎜, its error between the theoretical and the measured value is 955㎜, it results in the half length of the humidifying section and affects the humidification effiency and the operation of the air conditioning system. Its particle size of 165-180μm is bigger than nominal diameter of 3-15μm, we can know its performance is poor and the error is caused by using a single drop evaporation time formula to calculate the actual particle groups'evaporation process. The humidification and the saturated effiency of the steam and the electrode humidifier are beyond upon 90%, but the values of the evaporator humidifier are respectively 35%-42%, 80%. The humidification effiency increases when the temperature rises, but the saturated effiency depends on humidifier itself, so we use the humidification effiency to evaluate the humidifying performance has certain advantages. The minima electric consumption per humidifying quantity of the electrode humidifier is 0.89 kWh /kg, more than 0.75 kWh /kg, it means that we need more power consumption than the value nameplated to supply per humidifying quantity, and it also reflects the power conservation truelly. The experimental study of the humidifying performance of the humidifier for air conditioning demonstrates its space conservation, water conservation and power conservation, it will be applied widely in the performance rating and it is significant to regulate the market of the humidifier for air conditioning. |
