Research And Analysis On The Hydraulic Test-bed Of Cylinder

Hydraulic cylinder is one of main actuator of the hydraulic system. With the rapid development of Science and technology, the comprehensive property of the hydraulic cylinder are increasing in hydraulic industry, hydraulic cylinder testing and detection provided trusty guaranty to ensure the hydraulic system work. High-end hydraulic cylinder was almost monopolized by Germany, the United States and Japan at present, one major reason is that China lags behind in the detection of hydraulic cylinder. The quality of hydraulic cylinder was seriously hampered by this reason. The form test of hydraulic cylinder is developing towards high-precision, highly intelligent and highly automated.Firstly, the development of hydraulic cylinder test-bed, research significance and test items and so on were introduced in this paper. Secondly, the design of hydraulic control system principle and the key technology of test-bed were described. After that, the measurement and control system of test-bed, including the composition of software systems, the test experimental parameters and the control experimental parameters were introduced. PLC was used by the control system which controls the hydraulic system. Finally, the design of computer control system was presented. Computer software programming was used in IPC communicate with PLC and control other various valve switch of test-bed. Data acquisition card was used in analog data acquisition and control, in this test-bed control system.The precision of the form test-bed was required to B grade precision. Sensor accuracy, so the precision of data acquisition and software requirements of high precision should be higher。Furthermore, in order to the forms test of hydraulic cylinder was automated measurement, so a number of new technologies were adopted in the development process of the control software, which provides a solid foundation for the successful test.A variety of hydraulic cylinder form test and factory test was completed by the hydraulic test-bed of cylinder, in addition, six hydraulic cylinders can be tested by the hydraulic test-bed of cylinder at the same time, the efficiency of test-bed was greatly improved. Automation performance was comprehensively improved and the system errors was substantially reduced by the test-bed, the quality of hydraulic cylinders was improved which provide solid protection to product.
