Induced draft fan is a important auxiliary equipment of the thermal power plant. It willexclude the high temperature flue gas which boiler combustion produce to maintain furnacepressure and form flow flue gas and help the flue gas and air to exchange heat. The heat airthrough dust removal device to the flue to turn negative pressure of the boiler furnace stable.Therefore, most of the induced draft fan work in harsh environments, such as high temperature,high pressure, strong vibration, etc. The failure rate of fans is higher because working longhours and harsh operating conditions. Integrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder is the corecomponent of induced draft fan for air volume adjusting, its performance has a significantimpact on the induced draft fan. To this end, in terms of science or practicality, it is of greatsignificance to carry out research work of integrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder used oninduced draft fan and ensure integrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder have a goodperformance at the factory. According to the hydraulic cylinder test method standards, aintegrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder special test-bed is designed.Firstly, the test bench is analyzed and its working principle is explained. Three main partsof the test bench is static finite element analyzed by finite element software and the resultsshow that strength and stiffness of the test bench meet the design requirements. Design cycleof the test bench is significantly shortened by use of finite element software, the work intensityof designer is reduced and the optimize design process of the test bench becomes simple andfast. Then hydraulic system of test bench is studied and its working principle and characteristicis in-depth analyzed. Hydraulic system parameters are optimized by studying current status ofservo hydraulic cylinder testing technology. Because of the lower rated pressure of thehydraulic system, the classic overflow loading system is chose. Hydraulic system of the testbench is dedicated to integrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder is designed finally. Next,control system of test bench is designed. Strong power system of test bench is designed firstlyand selection process of elements and the working principle of the system are analyzed. Thenthe computer control system is designed and the preparation process of servo motor controland data acquisition program are explained. The user interface of control system is showedultimately. The preparation cycle of programming is shortened by using LABVIEWprogramming and errors are corrected more easily by programmer for its graphical programming interface. Test methods of this test bench are studied finally and the specificoperation of integrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder static performance test and dynamiccharacteristics test is analyzed. The test results are analyzed and the test results show that theintegrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder has a good dynamic and static characteristics,meeting the design requirements.Factory test of models of the test cylinder can be completed by the integrated machinehydraulic servo cylinder test bench. In addition, hydraulic technology and automationtechnology are combined by this test-bed, it represents a new direction for the development ofhydraulic technology, the test efficiency is greatly improved and the systematic error isreduced, a solid guarantee to improve product quality of the integrated machine hydraulicservo cylinder is provided.
