The Application Of Automation Technology In Thermal Power Plant

With the increasing development of electronic technology and information technology, the application of automation technology in thermal power plant has also made rapid development. Under the environment of marketized power operation, through the use of more advanced technology and highly automatic products, to achieve the automation of production process and the modernization of management, becomes the only way of a thermal power plant to survive and develop. At present, domestic newly built large thermal power generating units with a capacity of 300MW or above, and distributed control system DCS, supervisory information system SIS, management information system MIS, and auxiliary control system such as coal-conveying and water demineralizing are applied widely, which makes the power plant enter a digitized and network time. It also improves the management and greatly increases the level of automation. As a result, our thermal power plant become more and more competitive. Thermal power plant electric control management system ECMS, networked control system NCS, perfect security protection and "five-prevention" system are just designed under this situation. By the organic fusion with DCS, It provides us a complete solution of realizing running and monitoring for the integration of machine,stove and electricity. From the application aspect, this paper analyzes domestic electrical integrated automatic system and the problems in the application of different connection modes between electric systems and DCS, And take the practical engineering for example, expounding, analysing, and sums up the electrical automation system configuration scheme, as well as the interface program of the DCS system,It also forecast the ultimate perspective and the goal of electrical integrated automatic system.
