With the rapid development of thermal technology, the demand of thermal efficiency and the running smoothness of boilers is higher and higher. The boiler is one of the most important equipment of power and chemical industry Its operation control level is growing day by day. Most of the power and chemical industry in our country are still adopts the traditional control model, and even artificially operation, which cannot completely meet efficient and stable operation requirements. Therefore, the application of advanced boiler technology, not only can ensure the safe operation of the device, but also can ensure the material consumptions and environmental protection index standards.This study focus on the three pulverized coal fired boiler of lanzhou petrochemical company, combining the actual operation parameter, combustion control and input/output interference factors etc, focusing on the boiler combustion system and main steam pressure control mode for optimization design. The whole thesis focus on combustion system by coal than the optimal wind fuzzy optimum control thought since described in this paper. After the design selection and data calculation, we emulated the combustion control system in MATLAB environment, and the results showed that PID and fuzzy since optimal control algorithm suitable for the actual operation of the device. The results also showed that the control system reduced overshoots self adjusted and improves the system time. Set of control system and the traditional PID controller, effectively improve coal boiler compared the running smoothness and economy.After simulation, aimed at boiler device operation requirements, this paper uses FieldBus technology, combining industrial Ethernet, PLC and monitoring software, designs boiler DCS distributed control system, achieve the automatic operation of the boiler device, improving the boiler plant operation level. A lot of operational data showed that fuzzy self-adaptive PID and the optimal control model, and use OPc technology, can realize the simulation of MATLAB simulation and WinCC configuration software, the effective integration to complete control system with serious nonlinear, big thermal inertia, more complex boiler disturbance factors working conditions.
