Boiler coal handling system is the important accessory system of thermal power plant.With the development of industrial and mining enterprises, the continual expansion inproduction scale, the increasing demand for electricity, the request for coal handing systembecomes higher and higher. Employing traditional relay contactor and manualsemi-automation coal transport system no longer meet the demand of modern power plant.Based on the developing trends of civil and abroad coal program control system inthermal power plant and control model in Yulin power plant fuel transport coal system,considering the goal of conveying system and its advantage and reliability and combiningengineering example, this paper has a comprehensive analysis on elements of coal programcontrol system, control core, component selection, operating feature, control mode anddesign principles and so on. It gives a sufficient demonstration on technical scheme anddesign scheme is proposed.Theoretically, the automatic control switch between the two belts A and B, and thehigher control of coal storage of each bunker, are modeled in this thesis. Divisionalmathematical modeling of coal handling system is realized using PLC and touch-screencontrol technology. Modification scheme for coal program control system is established. Thedesigning technique transformation scheme and ladder diagram are given. The controlsystem is a kind of hierarchical control system, which is designed as a set of multi-stage coalhandling system. The real-time monitoring of control system is realized by usingtouch-screen technology. At the same time, scheme based on PLC and touch-screentechnology is proposed according to long distance and operation diversification, whichrealizes data acquisition, operation, and coal rate statistic function and so on.This system ensures the operation reliability and convenient maintenance of coal handling system from the structure; meanwhile, it provides conditions for the future upgrade.A technical resolution is provided for the optimization of coal handling system anddevelopment. |
