Simulation test device for gas operated automatic weapons can make automatic mechanism run like it is in ball firing process of weapon while firing did not happen by pneumatic principle , and it had very important practical significance in research and improve and acceptance inspection of gas operated automatic weapon. Through the investigation of the simulation test commonly used principle at home and abroad and its developing situation, can draw the gas operated automatic weapons simulation system was very ingenious. According to the aerodynamics and thermodynamics and the stress of the gas operated automata simulation test process established mathematical model of simulation test by means of classical Runge-Kutta method. Finally, simulation calculation by MATLAB software, concluded that the simulation results and measured results of the ball firing had good uniformity, and analyzed the structure parameters on the influence of simulation results. The simulation data show that, the automata simulation test dynamic model was reliable, simulation algorithm accurate and system design scheme was feasible. For other automatic mode automatic weapons simulation test system had a certain reference significance.
