This paper is based on a program of National Natural Science Foundation of China named The Research of Laser Active Guidance and Detection Technique Using In The Body of Small-Scale Movement. Application of the detection and control theory of small small-sized sports body posture measurement and control circuit design and realization technology research. On this basis, with attitude sensors, MCU, FPGA and servo steering gear as the main components of the hardware circuit design of the system, and designs, and compiled the sequential logical module of the corresponding on the program, the program debugging, finally, using the projectile launch device, recovery device of the projectile and speed measuring devices on the live firing tests.This paper mainly expounds the design of posture control hardware circuit and the design and commissioning of logical program. In addition, the system is also equipped with reading card, it can store data uploaded by matching after PC software data analysis, posture paper also introduces the projectile internal structure and supporting structure design of the experimental apparatus. In the project research stage The main completion work are as follows:(1) According to fund the overall requirements, the design of the posture measurement and control system are maked. This system mainly including posture measurement circuit and the attitude control circuit, this posture measurement circuit uses MCU + attitude sensors + FLASH as its structure, the attitude control circuit based on FPGA + steering gear structure.(2) The C8051F021 and ADIS16355 attitude sensors as the main attitude measuring unit posture measurement circuit is designed, the posture measurement circuit principle diagram design and four layers PCB cloth panels and FPGA chip internal temporal logic to compile and debugging. (3)It introduces the projectile velocity measurement device from the design of bore. This device with AT89C2051 microcomputer as the core of the real-time digital display speed measuring devices.(4) It uses the Solidworks 3d design software to design the body internal installation structure and the improvement of the tail structure and finish the body parts processing.
