The Construction And Operation Of ETC System About Highway In Shaanxi Province

Electronic Toll Collection System is an important part in the field of research on the Intelligent Transport System. Electronic Toll Collection System can improve the traffic capacity of road and vehicle efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption and emissions, which achieves the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection. With the progress of the research on Intelligent Transport System, Electronic Toll Collection System is developing rapidly and forming a large scale markets in the world.Based on the introduction of the existing Electronic Toll Collection System and the characteristic of construction and development of the highway in Shaanxi province, this paper introduces Shaanxi Province ETC system's construction and operation management. Firstly, according to the technical standards of the national highway Electronic Toll Collection System, Shaanxi Province forms its own technical solutions and operation management program that is in line with the develop of the highway in Shaanxi Province. Secondly, for the problem that exists in the ETC system of Shaanxi Province, by learning from the experience of other provinces, this paper puts forward some solution ideas, which have a positive role in spreading the ETC system. Finally, this paper sums up in full and looks forward to the construction, operation spreading of highway ETC of Shaanxi Province.
