Study On Green Highway Service Area Assessment System

People come to realize the importance of energy savings for the energy shortage become more and more serious, as an essential part of energy consumption; it becomes especially important to carry out energy-saving solutions to reduce emissions and green buildings development in construction industry. With the enhancing awareness of environmental protection, people begin to build many expressway service areas with the ideology of "green", "ecological", "energy saving", "healthy and comfortable" in expressway constructions. While many of these service areas just stay at the level of greenings and beautifying, not involving the connotation of "green" in expressway service areas. The vagueness of concept, the confusion of understanding and lack of technical standard unification and evaluation methods, has constrained the sustainable development of green expressway service areas.For the above-mentioned problems, this paper will be based on green building assessment theory, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of development and problems existed in the current expressway service areas of our country, this paper has summarized kinds of green building assessment system studies home and abroad, and analyzed the advantages, disadvantages and adaptability of those assessment systems; at the meantime, and take the expressway service areas in Shaanxi for example:It carried out four large-scale investigations and lab tests, and on the basis of research result, it absorbed the advantages of those assessment systems, and studied the index choose and the establishment of the framework of assement systems of our green expressway service areas in combination of the features and challenges of our expressway service areas, it analyzed and concluded the principle of index selection and the base of framework establishment, it established assessment systems of our green expressway service areas through the method called AHP. This system concludes six first-class index and thirty second-class index, it determined the weights of those systems through investigation by questionnaires. Last, taking assessment systems of our green expressway service areas as a platform, it illustrated the feasibility of green expressway service areas through Yangzhou service area of Shanxi and example evaluation of its transformation programmer.The study method and conclusions of this paper has theoretical significance and application value on the design, construction and acceptances of green expressway service areas.
