The face of the energy crisis, ecological crisis and the greenhouse effect, takingthe road of sustainable development has become a pressing task facing the world, andthe construction industry in which building energy consumption accounts for nearly1/3of total energy consumption, also very early to list sustainable development in thecore development objectives, green building come into being in this environment. it isvery important for the evaluation of green building to develop the green buildingvigorously.Second, on the basis of the land saving, energy saving, water saving, materialsaving and protect environment and reduce pollution, the evaluation index system ofgreen building is constructed, which composes of six types of indicators, includes theland saving and the outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, watersaving and water resources utilization, material saving and material resourcesutilization, indoor environmental quality and operational management. The paperresearches the quantification of qualitative indexes in the evaluation system, and usesthe method of group experts decision, through the questionnaire survey, do someinvestigation and evaluation of the relative importance between architectureenergy-saving evaluation index. It calculates index weight using a analytic hierarchyprocess of combination of qualitative and quantitative, and identifies the weightcoefficient of each index. Finally, a building energy consumption index is used to describe the buildingenergy level, which response to the construction of energy-saving. Taking the exampleof a residential area, the analysis demonstrates the rationality of the green buildingassessment system.
