Study On Ships' Routeing System In Nearby Waters Of Rizhao Port

Rizhao Port is an important integrated transport system of hub and major port along the coast,which is the country's major port of energy and raw material transportation, coal loading port and coastal feeder container shipping port. In recent years, the production and construction of Rizhao Port sustained and rapidly developed, its average annual rate increases 20.0% over the throughput from 1990 to 2010. The rapid development of Rizhao Port, on the one hand,has made important contributions to the economic and social development in China, on the other hand, ship navigation environment consequently changed, due to the increase in ship traffic and the increasing number of dangerous goods transport, the safety factor which constraints navigable waters of Rizhao Port is also increasing.In order to improve ship navigation environment in Rizhao Port area, reduce accident rates and prevent the occurrence of major accidents at sea, it is necessary and feasibility to study and implement the ship routing system near the port of Rizhao, then improve navigation conditions to ensure the safety of Marine Traffic.Through various forms of research, for example literature and expert consultation, we understand the ship routing system in theory and practical application home and abroad;analyzed the sunshine state of the environment near the navigable waters including navigable sensitive elements,navigation infrastructure,the actual state of water transport characteristics of observation and analysis of maritime accidents;reference ship routing system theory,combined with the actual port navigation requirements of the situationand effective consultation with stakeholders, the views and suggestions,design Rizhao and lanshan Port routeing solutions;AHP evaluation of each program was analyzed to determine the most appropriate solutions recommended; ARIMA model and Intervension Analysis Model fit the data on the implementation of program analysis and predict analysis results,and verificate the Ships' Routeing system to be reasonable and effective.
