With the rapid development of china economic, people's living standards is improving and increasing demands for cars. According to authoritative statistics magazine, the number of car in china has reached to 14660000. Energy crisis and pollution from automobile exhaust lead to people's attention. Electric cars is trends of the future.This papers study the project of wuhan university of technology and a research institute of car company. Use the exist gasoline car MC6320A and design pure electric micro-car.This paper first introduces the development of electric cars at home and abroad, and FEA theory. Design MC6320A micro-car's rear floor. Power train support structure in front cabin was design again. Has created the CAD mode by means of CATIA. Then elaborate topology optimization and modal analysis basic theory. Power train support structure and rear floor were divide mesh in HyperMesh and analysis of mechanical properties.
