This thesis aims to coal-fired units start-stop process needed to burn a lot of fuel problem, can be realized by using plasma ignition technology pulverized coal fired boiler oilless ignition and low-load stable-combustion. This paper introduces the boiler No.2 power plant in implementation of plasma ignition transformation, detail the plasma ignition system design, alteration, instead of A layer 4 only burner plasma burner, match with corresponding auxiliary system (including hot air preparation device) and control system to accomplish transformation. Which four times in laboratory through burning experiment to determine the form of the burners, accords with the plasma ignition's request, and satisfy the conditions when regular combustion. Meanwhile using special high-pressure blower supply pressure stable, clean, dry plasma carrier to avoid the ignition process wind. Interrupt arc Through the design to solve the neighboring furnace hot air problem. Initial pulverized coal At last, the paper introduces the plasma ignition devices running situation, satisfy boiler start-up curves of fly ash, the main burner, the influence of slag combustibles away. Actual implementation effect shows that plasma ignition system has stable performance, can realize unit oilless ignition and low-load stable-combustion, and the economic benefit is remarkable, achieve industrial application conditions for similar lines, gensets adopt plasma ignition technology for reference. Among them for the first time, using a high-pressure blower as plasma carrier gas source, will also be simplified system, improve the stability of plasma ignition accumulated important experience.According to production each year after year fuel 400 tons of computation, can save fuel cost 120 thousand yuan for about 4 years can be recycled. A year after can save fuel costs 100 thousand yuan of above. This power plant the successful application of plasma ignition technology, realized the boiler running from start to full load significant oil vote, the economic benefit and social benefit.
