| On completion of the inspection of compound sea-route in Tianjin port on August 20,2010, the industry began to study and explore a new navigation standard. A more optimistic viewpoint is that a new navigation standard will be developed in 2-3 years.This paper states the navigation elements of the sea-route through investigation of sea-route construction, sounding department in depth and thorough analysis of compound sea-route of Tianjin port; Based on statistic and analysis of voyage plan of Tianjin port in recent two years, it concludes the distribution of ship's dimension of productive vessel in Tianjin port (excluding Lingang harbour, the same below). And it comes to further that the ship's dimension of productive vessel in Tianjin port takes on continuity distribution.Considering that breadth assumes the representative parameter as evaluation of navigation standard in Tianjin port, this paper aims at setting up the allowable maximum breadth and maximum draft as uncertainty under the circumstance of one-way traffic and double-way traffic respectively, With the prerequisite which the breadth and depth in various parts of compound sea-route in Tianjin port is known, and then calculating the uncertainty via model, standard algorithm and the industrial standard.Firstly, using the mathematical model for breadth and draft of the sea-route, it calculates the maximum breadth and draft meeting the actual breadth and depth for the main and auxiliary channel of compound sea-route in Tianjin port. Secondly, with utilizing domestic standard algorithm, two standard industrial algorithms in Canada and Japan, it establishes the maximum breadth and draft which meets the actual breadth for main and auxiliary channel of compound sea-route in Tianjin port. Furthermore, it establishes the maximum draft which meets the actual draft for main and auxiliary channel of compound sea-route in Tianjin port by the algorithm quoting from EMPA and the Seto inland sea in Japan. Lastly, Correcting the result with the field investigation report from Tianjin pilot station, this paper develops the navigation standard for the main and auxiliary channel of the compound sea-route in Tianjin port.This paper does not discuss the navigation standard for compound channel in Tianjin port from the conventional ship's dimension and ship's tonnage but from the statistical result of the ship's actual dimension on arrival and the special composition of the compound sea-route, which provides meaningful reference for the authority developing the navigation standard for compound sea-route in Tianjin port. |
