But the bridge crane girder design is a knowledge, strong empirical work, project designers need to learn from past design experience, access to a variety of design standards and product samples, and the need to spend a lot of time in the preparation of technical documentation and drawing on the relatively high proportion of repeat design. Based on this the writer in-depth study of the main beam of the bridge crane design theory, variant rules, the main parameters and their association rules, constructed the "Client / Server / Workstation (C / S / W) " architecture, established the main beam models in the principle of the template maximum, SolidWorks as the development platform, SQL2000 as data storage tools, PDMWorks for the management software, Visual Basic 6.0 programming language developed the main beam design computer program model-driven process, drawing adjustment procedures, realized the collaborative fast design of the main beam.To solve the above problems, the main contents of this paper is as follows:(1) Describes the development of domestic and international crane design and research significance. (2) Constructed the "Client / Server / Workstation(C / S / W)" network architecture, to achieve a multi-user collaborative design,the client specific design for the design staff, the server used to store design data, the workstations used to model-driven and drawings adjustment.(3) To GB/T3811-2008 as the basis of theoretical,researched the main beam section design, stiffener and arrangement of the structure, strength, stiffness, stability, fatigue strength check calculation, realized the main beam parameters rapid design calculations.(4) Elaborated the system design technology, for example engineering drawings adjustment technology, standard parts library technology automatically generated key technologies, and the key application procedures are described.(5) The design calculations and expert knowledge and experience combined with the parametric system with examples,achieved rapid design of the main beam crane. |
