In recent years,information has gradually become the core factor of productivity with the development of information technology.On the architectural design industry,the Department of housing construction issues ?the outline of construction industry informatization development in 2016-2020??large-scale project completed one after another based on BIM,BIM as a representative of the information technology in the architectural design industry begin to be the focus of the government and enterprises.However the technology of BIM is difficult to be in full swing like CAD technology in architectural design industry,to full play the advantages of BIM technology itself,building design industry lacks a set of basic method and process which can be in full swing in architectural design projects between the stage of architectural design and construction drawing.Referring to the methods of traditional CAD work,the research attempts to summarize a set of collaborative design process between three disciplines of architecture?structure and mechanical based on BIM technology,and applies the process to the actual architectural design projects.To improve the quality and efficiency of architectural design through the collaborative design process based on BIM,and thus,To fully enterprise the BIM technology in architectural design.Through organizing the application of BIM technology in the whole process of construction projects and the depth suing of the building,structure,equipment,summed up that the synergy is the most remarkable characteristics of BIM technology in the practical application,good synergistic effect is also the most expectant in the industry of architectural,through which brings the collaborative team work efficiency and quality of architectural design.Based on collaborative platform of BIM,summarizing the collaborative design process between building and structure? building and equipment(represented by water supply and drainage)according to the characteristics of BIM itself,referring to the traditional CAD collaborative in design information-exchanging standards at each stage,and to conclude the collaborative information in BIM model establishment,and applying the BIM collaborative process to BIM model establishment in the phase of project design ?preliminary design and deeply design.Summarize the short comings of traditional collaborative design process and the advantages of BIM technology in collaborative design: real-time collaboration,the visualization of model expression,the accuracy of the information transmission,the rationality of the task as signment.The intuitive expression of three-dimensional BIM model ensure the rationality of each professional solution,and the teamwork in the 3d view together improve their own comprehensive professional ability,so as to make the whole design project improve qualitatively.According to the decomposition of BIM collaborative process summarize collabor ative design process between architecture and structure,water supply & drainage of the collaborative design process,through the construction drawing the office building project to verify the feasibility and reliability of the collaborative process.Finally the construction drawing can be generated directly in the completed model,implementing the application of BIM in architecture by 100%.Through the collaborative design between of structure,water supply and drainage at each stage,architecture BIM model achieves zero collision in other professional,which ensure the scientific and rationality of the whole building design.
