| Semi-rigid base is the main form of highway pavement structure in China. In recent years, Due to the structure factors, materials and construction factors, integrity grassroots structure form which was done by using the same materials has been widely used in China's southeastern region. Comparing the Integrity grassroots and traditional grassroots has any similarities and differences in use? Whether to raise the integrity of grassroots built with same material is improved, which become the issue that everybody cares.Based on this, Subject group studied repair engineering of highway and analyzed typical diseases, especially grassroots diseases at based on the investigation for mileage totaling more than 500 kilometers and core sampling more than 300. Study found that diseases forms of Two kinds of structure are identical. The paper found that layered construction seriously affect longitudinal continuity of grassroots and the influencing depth accounted for one third of the total thick from core sampling and image analysis, which is the main reason for the poor in integrity for integrity grassroots.To solve this problem, Subject group studied the influence of different aggregate continuity and contact state between the layers to the using performance of cement stabilized macadam. Research shows that if aggregate longitudinal continuity was damaged will reduce use 16.7～27.8% in function, aggregate longitudinal discontinuous and interlayer state coupling make comprehensive way-use performance fell almost 3%。Overall performance of integrity grassroots was greatly influenced by aggregate longitudinal continuity and interlayer state, which is validated by structure calculation.Research results have high practical value for improving use current situation of integrity grassroots and to guide design of such basic structure, conduct the following study.
