The Black Box Of Magnetic Bearing Motor System

The black box of magnetic bearing motor system which based on DSP2407, great capacity data storage chip microcontroller AM29LV800, 89S52, CH375 "U dish" chip and LABVIEW software platform is built, including the temporary storage of data collection part, data handling component part and data processing part.Through the temporary storage of data collection, black box of magnetic bearing motor system can store magnetic bearing system's five-degree freedom displacement signal data, current signal data and time data in the AM29LV800 chip. Through the data handling part, AM29LV800 can put out the data to U dish in the format which can be identified by WINDOWS. This data processing part is based on the LABVIEW software. On the platform of the LABVIEW software, the black box of magnetic bearing motor system demonstrates a large advance in the data analysis. The data which is analyzed by LABVIEW is not only more convenient than MATLAB but also more powerful than usual analysis soft.The black box of magnetic bearing motor system can collect, store, handle and process the data which is generated by the signal generator. The results of the experiment show that the black box of magnetic bearing system has met the demand of the experiment for magnetic bearing motor system, also has laid the foundation of magnetic bearing motor system's fault detection.
