Cities are the product of human socio-economic development.Urbanization is the essential result of productivity and social progress.Sincethe1980s,China'sreformandopening-upaccessestoanewstageofdevelopment. The process of industrialization and urbanization open aprelude to the rapid development. With the rapid development of thescience and technology and industrialization, the urban population andurbanlanduse havebeenexpanding,productionandlivinghaveahighdegreeofconcentration,which makesthe Towndeveloprapidly. Alongwiththeacceleratedprocessofurbanization,manyuncoordinatedproblemsandcontradictionshavebeenproduced."VillagesinCities"phenomenonisoneoftheconcentratedproblemsofthismismatch."VillagesinCities"isthe process of rapid urbanization to promote the emergence of a new urbanization. Along with economic development and people's livingstandards, the issue seriously affects the overall goal of building amoderatelyprosperoussocietyintherealizationandseriouslyimpactsthecity'scomprehensive competitiveness,upgradingof urban modernizationprocess. Therefore, it is inevitable trend of social development to theimplementationofeffectivetransformationofVillages."Villages in Cities"problem is a rapid urbanization and theemergence of a particular phenomenon under in our urban-rural dualsystemofspecialcircumstances.Inrecentyears,"VillagesinCities"hasbecome difficult but important issue of city government, villagers,academics,promptingsomedomesticscholarsfromeconomics,sociology,urban planning, point of views of science and many other villages'reconstruction issues start the study. However, Reconstruction of theVillagewillnotbeeasy,butavast,complex,involvingawiderangeofsystemsengineering,economic,social,cultural,politicalandotherfactorsrelatedtovillage collective,villagers,governmentadministration.Inthetransformation process, it not only goes through the collective land tostate-owned land, but also encounters bottleneck constraints of funds,government,developers,villagersintheprocessoftransformingandtheinterestsofaspecificimplementationofthegameandmanyotherissues.Therefore, how to ensure the successful realization of the villagers andvillagesinthecityanditsurbanizationisatopicworthyofdiscussionand research.Atpresent,thesystematicstudyofReconstructionoftheVillageisstillrelativelyscarce.A largenumberofissuesneedpeopletostudyandsolve,thisarticlebasedonpreviousstudies,fromthevillagesinthecitygeneralrules of analyzing the phenomenon proposes its basic characteristics,formationmechanism,problemsintheparticularityofthestudy,andsumsuptheReconstructionoftheVillagedevelopmentathomeandabroadonthetheoryanddrawonnationalexperienceandtheReconstructionoftheVillage developed cities model, based on the Lishui City, ZhejiangProvince,"Villages"reform,forexample,systematicanalysisofthestatusofvillagesinthecitythelessdevelopedregions,thebasiccharacteristicsofeconomicandsocialaswellasitscausesandtransformationofthemainproblemsexistingintheprocess,andfromtheoverallurbanplanning,landacquisitionandreservework,thevillagersliveandjobplacementissuesandthetransformationofvillagesinthecityformsofcollectiveeconomicorganizations put forward a less-developed areas Reconstruction of theVillageDevelopmentadaptivemodelsandcountermeasures.
