Based on Grey Theory of hydraulic fault prediction and diagnosis system, as a system, is to make the combination of organic the various parts. The process of this paper discusses is as following: firstly, build a hydraulic system for the platform; secondly, the establishment of field bus transmission system, hydraulic system, or field bus systems, field bus communication with the production process and control devices on site and with more control contact management; finally, the computer analyzes the data used Grey analysis method,used ACCESS to build fault database , the gray comprehensive evaluation results to the user, fast gray pattern recognition, forecasting failures and given fault point.This paper used asp.net as system to development software, and the precondition is that use the premise of small samples, using gray diagnostic complete troubleshooting of hydraulic system, and finally passed the experimental tests prove the effectiveness of its good, and promote the practical feasibility. |
