With decades of development,China's hydraulic manufacturing industry has been growing rapidly and has become one of the largest countries in the world.Its role in the development of national economy is becoming more and more important.Meanwhile,with the rapid growth of the output of the hydraulic system,the gap with the advanced hydraulic system producing countries,such as Germany,American and Japan is bigger and bigger.The gap mainly comes from production planning and control.Therefore,research on the hydraulic system production planning and control which could improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise is necessary and important.Based on the characteristics of hydraulic system in our country,this paper has discussed the current situation and problem of hydraulic system.According to the production planning and control research status,this paper put the critical chain project management(CCPM)method in to the manufacturing of the hydraulic system.Then,HCE model was built with the integrated application of ERP and CCPM.HCE is good at making scientific,workable and practical production plan with distinguish key resources and critical chain.HCE model could fully and reasonable arrange production resources,and solve the problems which exist in hydraulic system production.Then,this paper designed HCE model's implementation process and analyzed the application method.Besides,this paper summarized the main characters of HCE model,the key problem and safeguard measure.At last,this paper analyzed an application example.The innovation of this paper is HCE model which has fully considered the main characters of the hydraulic system production and based on the CCPM and ERP method.Besides,introduced the grey prospection theory into the procedure of making critical chain and put forward 80%to estimate production period.In the material requirements planning,this paper presents the material management according to the degree of importance.Besides,this paper tried to comprehensive applicate critical chain method and earned value method,separately calculate the earned value of critical chain and non-critical chain,which could control project progress more efficient and accurate.
