The energy-saving study of the heating system is an important part in building energy efficiency, at present ,the heating system of existing public building have some significant deficiencies on the design and operation management, leading to the existing heating system both waste heat energy and can't meet user comfort requirements. The indoor temperature control and the heat-metering charge is an important area of research content on the heating system energy-saving. In order to achieve different rooms (zone) temperature control and different building (zone) heat-metering, we adopt energy-saving of existing public buildings on the heting system. This research is very broad application prospect, will greatly reduce energy consumptionthe of the heating system in public buildings.This paper firstly analyzes the different types of the heating system in public buildings, system characteristic of heating system and the demands of indoor temperature control, according to the different characteristics of public buildings put a different scheme. Based on the heating system reconstruction scheme, discusses the characteristics of retrofit system, and analyzing the step of the indoor temperature control, especially analyzing the thermal condition of retrofit system. Through the analysis of the combining characteristics between radiator and thermostatic valve, we obtain the conclusion which the flow that through the radiator in certain scope change affects the heat release is smaller than water temperature change, the flow is first decreasing and then increasing along with the load increases.Secondly, the operation regulation of the retrofit heating system was analysed in theory,especially for the vertical and single pipe heating system give a detailed analysis about the operation regulation, and choose a office building to Harbin proceed a numerical simulation of indoor temperature, The conclusion showed that, the temperature control process is very good with the room temperature control requirements of theoretical analysis, effectively exploit the sun radiate to heat and reduce energy consumption of the heating system.Finally, to analyse the energy-saving rate of the retrofit heating system by both the building envelope energy-saving rate and the temperature-control & heat-measure energy-saving rate. Through calculating the energy-saving rate of the hospital architecture in Hrbin,Then reach the conclusion: the building envelope energy-saving rate at about 23.6%,the temperature-control & heat-measure energy-saving rate at about 30%,the total energy saving rate reached 46%,fully demonstrates the heating system is the important significance of energy-saving modification.The results of this paper will be significant for the project which the energy-saving modification of indoor heating systems in public buildings.
