As economic output keeping growing steadily in China, energy shortage becomes more and more obvious, which has evolved as a constraint to sustainable and healthy development. As of 1978, construction, especially residential construction industry, has quickly become one of pillar industries for economic development. However, energy consumption of construction has been more than 1/4 of total energy consumption in China, and would been up to 1/3 with the improvement of living standard, which seriously affects China's economic and social development. Therefore, the objective of research is to establish testing standard of building energy efficiency and evaluation methodology, and through analysis of building envelope thermal performance and gas tightness detection, to perfect technology of building energy efficiency and promote rational design and construction of building, thus ensuring building energy efficiency quality, maintenance, investment and construction.Mainly in application study, this paper verifies the validity and applicability of existing detection technology of building energy efficiency through testing on actual project, and presents testing processe and procedure; from the view of theory, Establishs mathematical model of building envelope heat transfer and testing method of heat trasnsfer coefficient; researchs how to analyze dynamic property of building envelop using dynamic method, indoor temperature and humidity testing method, principle and consideration respectively in residential and public buildings; introduces detection methods and processes of building thermal defect; illustrates detection methods of thermal insulation performance of external envelope and shows its judging principle; studies gas tightness detection process, requirement of outer window, and how to use blast method to detect tightness performance of the overall building envelope; introduces testing method and requirement of inner surface temperature of thermal bridge; on the basis of field test, by analyzing method and process of field testing heat transfer coefficient, proves feasibility of heat flow meter method in fall, winter and spring, and summarizes limited conditions of the method; describes the importance of building energy efficiency evaluation and Establishs evaluation methodology, and from view of energy, explains the requirements to building structure and meterial; by the method of combining heat flow meter and thermal infrared imager, determines the level of building energy consumption and energy conservation, and summarizes attention items of thermal infrared imager.
