Because of the rapid development of city economy , there is an urgent requirement of scientific and rationalp lanning for network distribution.With the work of the power enterprise management,as well as Power Law implementation and the undertaken commitments system of electricity services,the position of reliability of power supply is becoming more and more important.And the network distribution planning and reasonable operation is one of the important technical measures of improving the reliability of electricity network distribution.Distribution system is the directly coImected part of the whole power system to eustomers.The essential objective of the research on distribution system reliability is to provide safety,reliable electric power to customers and gain the maximum benefit for soeiety.This paper is based on"the power network planning of fengzhen City"under the jurisdiction of distribution network features comprehensive consideration of various factors affecting the reliability of distribution system based on neural networks,the distribution system reliability assessment method Urban Network was carried out before and after the reliability evaluation of power distribution network proposed to improve the reliability of technical measures and management measures to improve the Urban Network,at last, the conclusions of the actual system reliability is obtained.
