Studies On Mountainous Urban Morphology On The Basis Of Fractal Idea

Recent years in China, with rapid urbanization process, significantly increased the level of urbanization in China, but also, a series of urban problems. One issue of most concern is the loss of a city's character, or otherwise, the" homogenization of cities" problem. So, all over the country in recent years, without any intent to conduct a series of urban design style transformation, the reason is that this issue has caused widespread concern. The loss of city's character problems, there are a variety of reasons and necessity, it should be necessary reflection, we need to look at new thinking in order to study the new theory.Nowadays, Fractal theory is one of the latest theories of nonlinear science, and the fractal theory has been effectively used in studies of foreign cities . But over the years in China's urban research urban research, particularly in the mountain, fractal theory is basically in the absence of the state. Fractal comes from the understanding of nature and the natural expression of Euclidean geometry in nature when incompetent, their nature is to further awareness of nature and nature's grasp on the shape of things. The idea of fractal theory and practice in foreign countries have proved the ability to conduct studies of urban form.
