| The development of ZPEB can't go ahead without the electric, so the power quality and power supply reliability are very important. Because of the exploitation development of the oil field, thr electric grid is very large, and the load is spread all over the field. The power supply reliability is bad, and it is hard to maintaine the grid for the workers. How to solve the problems is becoming more and more important. The power distribution automation system can solve the problem very well. The power supply corportation of ZPEB has paid much attention to this techinecal.Based on the detail analysis of the international and national power distribution automation systems, aimed at the electric power supply grid of ZPEB, the plan and operation for distribution automation system in ZPEB base was given in the thesis. Because of the complexity of the ZPEB electric power supply grid, the ZPEB base grid is studied only. The related equipments, the construction of telecomutation system, the main station and substation system design are discussed in detail.Successful running experience suggests that the plan of the distribution automation system in ZPEB base could implement the design aim and produce the numerous benefit to society.
