Characterisitic Research Of Intermediate People's Court Desigh

With the development of times,, the more and more people has chosen the legal weapon to defend itself. With the increasing quantity of law case, the increasing kinds, legal system step-by-step perfects transforming that having driven a court to a certain extent . The building is prompt to be more perfect and science direction.The main body of the first chart of the paper is to seek out the impact of a legal system changing characteristic of courthouses and every differences between legal systems and buildings, by surveying the court architectural design case and the standard data of architectural design, home or abroad. So to know the differences among legal systems is the reason of different kinds of court building. And to know the character of buildings and legal system is very impotent to built and complete the court building in a country.From the third chapter, the author chose Chinese and U.S court buildings as the object to do a contrast analysis. From the standard to the sample of the courthouse building, the paper concluded the main point of character of the building and its design methods. And after the discussing of the basic rooms in courthouses,the flow line in it ,the article concluded the differences between Chinese and the US about the function,space and scope.There is another conclusion about size,form,fa?ade elements,entrance and the environment of courts building at home and abroad. And give some advise to our modern courthouse building fa?ade design.The last part of the paper is based on the analysis of samples of our intermediate people courthouse to find the lacking about courthouses and design, and then give same improvement advice in flowline,function,space,disability design four part.
