The court,as an important part of China's judicial architecture,is a symbol of national legal system and a lively place for legal education of the public.But as a special kind of public building,it has small quantity and narrow face.It has strict functional requirements and special streamline design,also has its own cultural connotation and unique architectural image.With the continuous development and innovation of society,judicature has also stepped to a higher level along with the progress of social civilization.The legal procedure is more open and transparent,and it will inevitably drive the reform of the court building itself,thus breaking through its "inherent" form,not only reflected in the characteristics of the internal functional structure and order,but also on the "alienation" of the architectural image.This paper focuses on the integrated design of modern small and medium court architecture in China,that is,to study its design as a whole,to find out the problems,and to put forward measures to explore the development needs and future trends of modern court architecture.In the construction of court buildings in China,the construction of small and medium-sized court buildings is large and covers a wide range.Therefore,the full study of the small and medium court architecture design theory has obvious guiding significance and scope of application,which is helpful to the systematization and perfection of the architectural design theory of the court of our country.This will provide an appropriate theoretical basis for the future practice and research of the court's architectural design in our country,also contribute to the scientific and rationalization of the architectural design of the court.In this paper,the present situation of relevant research at home and abroad is analyzed and studied.According to the actual research situation of the subject,this paper puts forward a strong research method and research route,looks at the historical evolution of the Chinese and foreign court architecture,analyzes the present situation of the court building in China,summarizes the internal cause and external influence of the court building development,and draws the conclusion.The main influencing factors are environmental factors,functional factors,individual characteristics of architecture,technical factors and factors of judicial system reform.Through the analysis and interpretation of these factors,some basic design principles of the architectural design of the court are obtained,that is,the principles of security,sustainable development,humanization and openness,and transparency.Combined with the experience of the author's participation in engineering practice and the excellent cases at home and abroad,the whole process of the architectural design of the court is analyzed and interpreted in detail,and a comprehensive and integrated study is carried out.The whole process of architectural design of the court includes: prophase planning,functional composition and plane combination,transportation line organization,external space and environment consideration,interior design,architectural form analysis and new wisdom court construction.It provides a comprehensive and systematic reference for future court building design.Finally,the article summarizes the context of the article,draws the innovative conclusions of the research,and puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of this study,hoping to provide a reference method and basis for the design of the small and medium court architecture in our country in the future.
