The aircraft flight control system can be described integrally as three components'aircraft control loop. They are instructions (control) link, transmission link (control system) and the controlled object (aircraft), which will ensure the stability and precise control of the aircraft. Among them, aircraft control system is a core component of the flight control system. Aircraft control system design is a very important part of the aircraft design. Advantages and disadvantages of Control system design have direct impacts on the flight quality and flight safety. Control system itself due to the complexity and importance of the design work is often more complicated and is a longer period. The customization is introduced to access the Proprietary Module with UG/Open to accomplish the parts'parametric design based on the analysis of the component functions and structural features of the aircraft hard mechanical control system, and the automation of the virtual assembly is implemented.By analyzing the characteristics and parameters of mechanism components, the part's parametric modeling is achieved by utilizing UG/Open GRIP and UG/Open API. Based on the above work, the software of virtual assembly automation is carried out by studying the principles and methods of UG virtual assembly. The transmission ratios are analyzed and calculated for the typical parts and PCU by establishing the mathematical model of the transmission mechanism. On this basis, the software of transmission ratio calculation is developed, and it can be applied to the calculation and distribution for the typical components of transmission parts and the whole unit. According to the relationship of control system and the size of transmission parts, based on the corresponding tolerances, a database of gap query is established and then applied to the dynamic simulation model of transmission components and flight control system.
