Research Of Product Personalized Customization Platform Design Based On Parametric Design

With the increasingly diversified user needs and fierce competition in the market environment,enterprises need an urgent transformation of innovation,The development of personalized customization platform is an important way for enterprises' innovation and transformation.Along with the development of Internet technology,computer aided design and 3D printing technology,personalized customization platform for product with more advanced technical support,and has been a certain degree of promotion.According to the different ways of user participation,the current product personalized customization platform can be divided into three categories:combination of participation,selective participation,regulatory participation,the development trend is an interactive platform which is mainly based on regulatory participation,at present,the number of such platforms is small,and the relevant research is not sufficient.Therefore,this paper studies and designs a product personalized customization platform with regulatory participation and a high degree of user participation.The core of parametric design is parameter setting,its greatest superiority is:parameter adjustment and synchronous visualization of corresponding feedback information.The parameters are designed and controlled by the background,the users can control product form through the variable regulation,the advantages of parametric design can be a good match to the features of personalized custom platform with regulatory participation.Therefore,this paper select parametric design as the core concept for the design of product personalized customization platform.First of all,the advantages of parametric design in product form design are summarized,according to this,summarize the characteristics of parametric design applied to the product personalized customization platform design.Secondly,the parametric design and customization platform design are combined to study the application process of parametric design in the design of product personalized customization platform.Finally,the process is applied to the design practice of the lamps personalized customization platform,the parameters are set up by means of questionnaires,interviews,market surveys and software modeling analysis,the core functions are realized by computer programming.The paper designs a personalized customization platform on lamps,and test to verify the effectiveness of the platform through the usability,then implement corresponding improvements according to the test results.At present,there are some cases on the application of parametric design in the product personalized customization platform design,but in general,the application is relatively small,and it didn't form a set of system application method.In this paper,the research on the construction process can enrich the application theory,it can also provide reference for the customization platform design.The design practice of the personalized customization platform with the lamp can prove the effectiveness of the process construction as the carrier,at the same time,it is useful for design innovation,which provides a new perspective for lamps customization and promotes the development and improvement of product personalized customization design.
